This Agreement is a public offer in accordance with Articles 633 and 634 of the Civil Code of Ukraine and defines the terms of use of the AlviBeauty service.
Acceptance of this offer (use of the Website/Portal, registration of a personal account, posting information) constitutes full and unconditional acceptance of the terms of this Agreement.
1.1. Portal (Website, CRM system, Service) – AlviBeauty online platform, hosted on the Internet at: https://alvibeauty.com
1.2. Contractor – Individual Entrepreneur BANTYUKOV ROMAN VITALIYOVICH, who is the administrator of the Portal and provides services under this Agreement.
1.3. Customer – an individual or legal entity (master, salon, clinic, etc.) that has registered a Personal Account on the Portal and posts information about themselves and their services.
1.4. Client (User) – an individual who visits the Portal, uses its functionality, reviews information about Customers, and can order services.
1.5. Account – a set of Customer data that enables their identification when logging into the Personal Account.
1.6. Customer’s Personal Account – a part of the Portal accessible to the Customer after authorization.
1.7. Registration – the procedure for creating a Customer or User Account.
1.8. Authorization – the procedure for logging into the Personal Account by entering a username and password.
1.9. Advertisement – an informational message from the Customer about their services.
1.10. Moderation – the verification by the Contractor of the information posted by the Customer on the Portal.
1.11. Order processing – actions by the Customer to confirm or reject a Client’s request.
1.12. Accepted order – a Client’s order confirmed by the Customer.
The Contractor provides Customers with the technical ability to post information about their services on the Portal.
The Contractor is not a party to contracts between the Customer and the Client.
The terms of this Agreement are mandatory for all Users and Customers.
3.1. The User has the right to:
- view information on the Portal;
- leave reviews after actually using the Customer’s services.
3.2. The User is obliged to:
- provide accurate data during registration;
- not create duplicate accounts;
- not disseminate false or offensive information.
3.3. The Customer has the right to:
- independently manage their Personal Account;
- add representatives to the Personal Account;
- receive inquiries from Clients;
- receive notifications from the Contractor (with the option to opt out).

3.4. The Customer is obliged to:
- provide accurate and up-to-date information;
- promptly change the status in the schedule („inactive“ if the service is temporarily unavailable);
- process Client orders within no more than 24 hours;
- comply with Ukrainian legislation.
- Moderate the information posted by Customers within 10 working days.
- Delete duplicate accounts and false information.
- Send notifications to the email addresses and phone numbers of Customers and Users.
- Terminate the Customer’s access to the Portal in case of a breach of the Agreement.
- The Contractor is obliged to protect personal data in accordance with the Law of Ukraine „On Personal Data Protection“.
The Customer may provide information to the Contractor for posting in one of the following ways:
- by email to the address: alvibeautysalon@gmail.com;
- through the Personal Account;
- in the form of an electronic medium;
- by providing access to their own website or other resource.
The Client grants the Contractor the right to publish the reviews they leave.
The Contractor has the right to perform literary editing of reviews without changing their content.
In case of doubts about the authenticity, the Contractor has the right to contact the Client for confirmation.
By registering on the Portal, the User and the Customer consent to the processing of their personal data.
Personal data may be used by the Contractor to ensure the Portal’s functionality and for marketing purposes in compliance with legislation.
The User and the Customer have the right to opt out of notifications by submitting a written request to the Contractor’s email.
The Contractor is obliged to review the request within 5 working days.
The Contractor is not responsible for the accuracy of the information posted by Customers.
The Contractor does not guarantee uninterrupted operation of the Portal in case of technical failures but is obliged to take measures to address them.
The Customer is fully responsible for the content of the posted information and the actions of their representatives.
The parties are exempt from liability for partial or complete failure to fulfill obligations in case of force majeure (war, natural disasters, decisions of authorities, etc.).
Disputes are resolved through negotiations. In case no agreement is reached, they are resolved in court in accordance with Ukrainian legislation.
The Contractor has the right to make changes to this Agreement. The updated text is published on the website.
The Contractor is obliged to notify Customers of changes by posting a message on the Portal.
Website — open for free visual familiarization, publicly accessible website https://alvibeauty.com, which is owned (or used on legal grounds) by the individual entrepreneur Vasylenko Olena Vladyslavivna (ФОП), acting in accordance with the legislation of Ukraine, and through which services are provided in the field of online booking and service industry specialists.
